Limitation of liability

Hutchison-Priceline (Travel) Ltd is acting as agent for hotels (Hotel Suppliers) in selling hotel services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for such services to be provided to you. Hutchison-Priceline (Travel) Ltd does not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default of a Hotel Supplier, or by an act of god. Further, no responsibility is accepted for any damage and/or delay due to hotel cancellations, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather, fire, accidents, earthquakes, riots, strikes, wars, storms, acts of god or causes beyond Hutchison-Priceline (Travel) Ltd's control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays or acts of any government authority.

Hutchison-Priceline(Travel)Ltd makes no warranty or representation about the suitability or quality of the product or services rendered by the hotels (Hotel Suppliers).

Hutchison-Priceline(Travel)Ltd does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.

Hutchison-Priceline(Travel)Ltd sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by each hotel, and does not oversell that inventory. Hutchison-Priceline(Travel) Ltd does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel over-selling its own room inventory.

Hotel service restrictions

Hotel services available through this Site are subject to any published terms and conditions of the applicable hotel. Frequent-traveler rewards, upgrades, certificate vouchers and other discounts or incentives do not apply to rooms reserved through the retail hotel service, unless the hotel so agrees.

Payment and security

The Users agree that the credit card provided online will be used by Hutchison-Priceline (Travel) Ltd to settle the total cost of the booking or to guarantee the booking once reservation is confirmed. Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details for transmission.

Pre-paid Reservation (For selected hotels only)

Credit card information you provide will be used to SETTLE THE TOTAL COST OF THE BOOKING. We will charge your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Upon check-in, a credit card may be required to secure any additional local hotel occupancy taxes and incidental charges (phone calls, room service, movie rentals etc.) that you may incur during your stay.

Guaranteed Reservation

Credit card information you provide will be used to GUARANTEE YOUR BOOKING ONLY. Full payment to be settled directly at the hotel front desk. Upon check-in, a credit card is required for settlement of the total cost of the booking and for any additional local occupancy taxes and incidental charges (phone calls, parking, resort fees, etc.) that you may incur during your stay.

Late Arrival

In general, all hotel reservations are guaranteed for late arrival on the first night of your stay. However, Priceline is not responsible for any exceptional case subjected to hotel's final decision.

Hotel accommodation and special requests

All hotel reservations are guaranteed for the specific room type booked and confirmed. Hotels will attempt to accommodate any special guest requests in accordance with the hotel's standard policies and practices. If you have special requests (pet accommodation, type of bedding, connecting rooms, view, floor location etc.), you must call the hotel and verify that special requests can be met after your reservation is confirmed. Also, additional charges may apply for special requests or special needs. Hutchison-Priceline (Travel) Ltd makes no guarantee that special requests will be met.

Minimum age requirements

·	America/Mexico/Caribbean: You must be at least 21 years old to book a hotel room in North American, Mexican & Caribbean hotels. *
·	Asia/Europe: You must be at least 18 years old to book hotel rooms in Asia/Pacific & European hotels.*
*	Priceline will assume no responsibility for hotels denying check-in if minimum age requirements are not met.

Tax exempt reservations

We are unable to make tax-exempt reservations for our hotel reservations, nor can we arrange that a hotel deduct the taxes from your bill once you arrive.

Hutchison-Priceline (Travel) Ltd fee

The Hutchison-Priceline (Travel) Ltd fee will be included in the total amount of the hotel booking. These fees cover the costs incurred by Hutchison-Priceline(Travel) Ltd in servicing your hotel reservation.

If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese- and English-language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English-language version will take precedence.
